Play the Battleship board game with tippers!

Full Description

Creates a 9x9 board with 5 ships [size: 2, 3, 3, 4, 5]

Tippers send a 'tip goal' with coordinates [a1 - i9] to take shots at the board.

Recommended use is to strip articles of clothing or perform an action upon sinking a ship.

Type !board to see a print out of the current board (will also be displayed after every qualifying tip with tip note).

TODO:
*Make board more aesthetically pleasing (widen)
*Ability to choose size of board and number of ships with corresponding goals for sinking ships
*Advertise size of remaining ships and/or list out sunk ships
*Parse tip notes more intensively
*Allow users to !fire shots if they do not submit a proper tip note
*Allow multiple shots per tip (comma/space delimited)
