This app will act as the spinner for your game of Twister.

Users tip to randomly "spin" the wheel which will tell the broadcaster which body part to put where on the Twister mat.

**Notice Interval (seconds)**
-Sends a chat notice after X seconds of inactivity ("Tip *#tkn* to spin the Twister wheel! [idle: Xsec]")

**High Tipper's Choice**
-When enabled, each new highest tip allows the tipper to choose a spin instead of it being random.
