This version of Dorothy Ultra fembot is a copy of Chelsea and Butters bot with the Prioritization for tip menus changed to not prioritize the CB Fanclub.

Order of Prioritization goes as: CB Fanclub > External Fan Club 1 > External Fanclub 2 > VIP Member

Also adds VIP Menu
