These people I sometimes compare to the "Lifer" inmates in prison. Regardless of the reasons, they also find some level of comfort in only being a grey and for some of these people, makes them believe they can say anything they want to any models or people in chat . If their account gets banned, they create another one and continue on their unplanned paths where their inability to be respectful to everyone in chat, becomes a disturbance that sometimes requires more than 2 or 3 mods to clean up in chat. We simply raise the bar of the extent in leveraging some of the programming power that's available to those who know the value of keeping things clean and mindful of other people also sharing that online chatroom.
