Custom bot for KittennIsCheeky

This bot allows up to 10 offers to be posted as a list in chat when "/offers" is entered. Optionally, offers can also be posted auotmatically as a chat notice in a customizable time interval.

Commands

/offers
Displays the list of offers to the user who entered the command

/offers all (Broadcaster & Mods only)
Displays the list of offers to everybody in the room
