This app is designed to use in conjunction with your Lush 2 and has spots to put information for the tip amounts for up to 7 optional levels plus 4 optional patterns. There are 12 optional notices.

There are 7 optional - Thank You! notices

but they are hard coded to trigger at:

(1-10) tokens
(11-20) tokens
(21-40) tokens
(41-60) tokens
(61-100) tokens
(101- 200) tokens
(201-1000)tokens

The app also had muti goals and a single goal.
