Generates a random question for the room to answer. Idea by @onlyems23 with content by @bobs_myth

BOT settings:

Mythical Question Tip Amount- (0 - off) or Tip amount - to generate a random Mythical Question

Run setting or time in minutes before tip options re-display -
- Time in minutes before all tip messages re-display
- 0 = off, use other tip menu
- -1 = Host/Mod Command Line ONLY Mode NO TIPPING

Color and Gradiation Display Options:

Set TEXT color for each Type - Using ( #FFFFFF ) formating

Set Text Backgrounf colors for each Type - Using ( #FFFFFF, #FFFF00, #FFFFFF ) formating

Set Backgound graditaion color Angle for each Type - 0-180 degrees

MOD and Host Chat Commands (not case sensitive):

/question = Display 1 of 116 random Mythical Questions

/mqhelp = Show this help dialog
