Usually a lot of gray people tend to be rude and not very nice, but sometimes there is kind and fun grays that simply cannot tip for any reason. This mod aims to help broadcasters silence people by default, and give some few people voice instead of trying to silence the ocean of rude grays.

Users with tokens and fan club members have voice by default, but can loose it should it be necessary (will work the same way silence does today)

Additionally moderators can grant the gift of a colored background to users to distinguish them in the room.

Useage:
/voice user - grants voice to a user
/unvoice user - revokes voice to a user
/voicehelp for more info
